We’re excited to feature Ric Johnson of NAHB, a nationally recognized codes expert with decades of experience in construction, inspections, and code enforcement. Ric serves as a key resource through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), where he works directly with builders across the country on code compliance, interpretation, and education. 

Known for his dynamic and highly practical presentations, Ric has taught countless classes nationwide and is widely respected for making complex code requirements clear, relevant, and easy to apply in the field. Many of you also know him as the voice behind our Codes Corner in the BIANEO Member Newsletter.
